Based in McDonough, Georgia, Just Cakes! by Soni is owned by   Hasoni D. Roberson-Banks.  Just Cakes! by Soni is a home based business to suit your decorated cake needs. We are currently baking and providing fresh homemade desserts.  We have been in business for three years.  Hasoni is a Wilton Method Instructor.  She has been teaching Wilton Method Cake Decorating for four years.  Besides having the credibility of Wilton and a member of Ices, Hasoni also continues her education and skills at local as well as abroad baking schools and classes. She attends Shorter College in which she is seeking her degree in Business.

We are also able to teach you the art of cake decorating through the Wilton Method Cake Decorating Classes.  We offer classes in buttercream, royal and fondant icing.  Classes consist of tiered and stacked cakes and flowers of all kinds.  The exciting fondant and gumpaste class is also available!!
